Honor your unique landscape.
Build a practice around your history, motivations, and circumstances so your training responds to real life rather than forcing you to fit a template.
Resistance training becomes an enduring practice when the protocol is shaped with care around the person carrying it. The mentor’s role is not simply to prescribe effective movements, but to understand the life those movements have to exist within, then organize training so progress does not depend on a daily act of self conquest. Grounded in sound principles of resistance training, the practice should be pragmatic, enjoyable, and flexible enough to change as you do. It should enter your routine at a pace that feels natural, asking for enough effort to produce change without demanding more energy than it gives back. Over time, training becomes less something you force yourself to maintain and more something you know how to carry with you for life.

Alignment. Strength. Cadence. Vitality.
Four elements. One direction.THE STARTING POINT
Your history, environment, and internal state all matter. The only practice that endures is one that can exist within the life you actually live. No one can rely solely on fleeting motivation.
Before deciding on action, we look at what supports you, what repeatedly gets in the way, and what you genuinely enjoy enough to sustain. The goal is not to force discipline into every corner of your life, but to create a strategic practice that can remain steady even when life does not.
From there, we ground the work in purposeful movement, practical structure, and honest reflection on what holds firm and what needs to shift.
THE 4D APPROACH
Moving beyond rigid templates to honor the complete person, at the intersection of internal alignment and practical life.
Build a practice around your history, motivations, and circumstances so your training responds to real life rather than forcing you to fit a template.
Develop strength and physical capability through intentional movement, thoughtful exercise selection, and precise feedback so your body gives you greater freedom in the way you move and live.
Create a training rhythm that can survive the natural changes of daily life, reducing the friction that repeatedly pulls you away from movement so consistency can develop without depending on constant motivation.
Keep the work rooted in curiosity, energy, and presence. Release rigid systems that make movement feel like an obligation so training can become an ongoing source of life rather than another demand placed upon it.
The Individual Practice
For individuals seeking to build lasting strength and genuine physical agency through a practice shaped around the way they actually live. Together, we refine exercise selection, training structure, nourishment, consistency, and the patterns that either support or disrupt progress, creating an attentive, multidimensional approach that aligns effort, protects energy, and helps movement become a lifelong steady, sustainable, source of vitality.
The intention is not simply to hand you a program, but to build a practice you understand, participate in shaping, and can increasingly carry as your own.
Tell me what you’re working toward
A practice designed together around the realities of your life. We build your training structure, choose movements with intention, and create an approach that is challenging enough to produce change without becoming another burden you have to fight against.
An active partnership rooted in shared observation. Together, we look at how your training is actually working, how your body is responding, where consistency begins to fracture, and what needs to change. The practice evolves as we learn more about you.
A collaborative approach to daily eating that honors your autonomy and lifestyle. Together, we establish simple principles that support your training and goals while giving you room to eat naturally and flexibly, without restrictive dogma or unnecessary cognitive weight.
A dedicated space for guidance, feedback, and support. I keep communication fluid and open, explain the reasoning behind your practice, and help you work through the questions and obstacles that appear along the way. The aim is not dependence, but understanding.

Individual Training & Guidance

My story with fitness wasn’t unusual. I grew up scrawny. I got bullied. I wanted to feel visible. So, as a teenager, I got a gym membership, force-fed myself dry chicken breast, and eventually cultivated the physique I believed would bring me internal peace.
It didn’t.
As my understanding of fitness deepened, its principles eventually stopped exciting me. I no longer found them compelling, and the fitness industry left me deeply disillusioned. It began to feel vain, repetitive, and, worst of all, ineffective at helping people move through the world with confidence and ease, feel happy within their bodies, grow stronger, and eat with satisfaction rather than fear.
I saw a culture competing for the sharpest abs, the most obnoxious content, and the most ridiculous marketing of performance-enhancing drugs. People were starving themselves under the belief that their bodies would eventually bend into a more desirable form. Others were following exercise protocols they hated because someone online had convinced them that suffering was the price of progress.
When I reviewed programs from online coaches that were shared with me, I kept finding the same basic exercise selections, paired with a predictable calorie deficit or surplus and an even more predictable macronutrient breakdown.
Those methods can work.
But they do not, on their own, address the deeper fragmentation between what people want for their bodies, how they feel about themselves, and the lives they actually lead.
It is a blueprint that tastes like rice and chicken, growing blander with every repetition. It feels like being forced through morning workouts you would never choose of your own volition.
To me, the entire industry seemed to be running in circles, chasing physical outcomes while neglecting the heart and mind that were supposed to grow alongside the flesh. Somewhere along the way, the real goal was being lost.
The worst part was that this hyper-fixation on shallow metrics seemed to undermine the very thing the industry claimed to promote: lasting physical endeavor. Fitness had become a never-ending process of bending the form into its most socially desirable shape, and because of that, people were rarely given a reason to make movement a true staple of their lives beyond appearance itself.
I grew frustrated because the underlying components were constantly overlooked or treated as secondary. I’ll state it simply: by reinforcing the notion, even subliminally, that we will somehow be justified once we lose enough weight, become lean enough, or finally become pretty enough, we strip away the magic that can come from a life where movement no longer requires constant discipline or motivation.
When comparison becomes the primary fuel, people eventually grow tired of feeding it. The goalpost never stops moving. They fall out of love with movement because the process becomes another endless cycle of measuring themselves against something outside of themselves.
I became increasingly disturbed watching people sacrifice their health and peace for appearances that never seemed to satisfy them. I watched beautiful people begin to see themselves as inadequate simply because someone else’s body made them feel fat. Algorithms, dishonest marketing, and endless comparison seemed capable of turning the body into something people were constantly at war with.
And what is the real goal?
A physical form that is at peace with itself.
One that can move as it pleases, grow stronger, age gracefully, and feel no need to compare itself with another form. The deepest form of self-reverence, carrying with it the silent stillness of self-love.
There is a way of living where adherence produces outcomes greater than merely inching closer to the current standard of vanity. A way where movement becomes part of how you live rather than another obligation sustained by perpetual self-conquest.
I couldn’t stop pondering the absurdity of it all.
That pondering became a pursuit of its own.
I did not believe the entire thing was rotten. There was still something worth preserving within fitness. Physical development mattered. Strength mattered. Body composition mattered. But I became convinced there had to be a healing idea inside of it as well.
So I spent years developing my personal philosophy and trying to understand the forces that shape the way we care for ourselves.
I explored what I thought of as subconscious energy leakage, the unseen patterns that quietly drain our attention and effort. I contemplated metaphysics and the nature of our existence, metacognition and how we understand our own thinking, asceticism and the role of restraint. I kept returning to questions about human nature.
And love.
The further I went, the more I came back to the body.
I began to understand the development of the physical form and the cultivation of our inner life as a direct, positive, symbiotic relationship. Our thoughts, emotions, and habits shape how we care for the body, while the way we care for the body can strengthen the mind and nourish the heart.
Each supports the other.
Neither was ever meant to develop in isolation.
That does not mean treating the principles of body composition modulation as secondary. Physical outcomes still matter. It simply means designing a system that takes the entire being into account rather than pretending the body exists independently of the person inhabiting it.
What I came to find was that when multidimensional principles are properly integrated, they do not weaken the pursuit of the three-dimensional form.
They enhance it.
Those conclusions became the foundation of what I wanted to create.
So I built this practice around the disconnection I felt the fitness industry had left unresolved, allowing the heart, mind, and flesh to grow together.
In practice, that means building your training and approach to nourishment with you, choosing exercises deliberately, creating structure around your actual life, paying attention to what repeatedly gets in the way, and adjusting together as we learn what supports you.
The aim is a practice you understand, participate in shaping, and increasingly choose for yourself.
An inventive act of rebellion against the machine of algorithmically induced physical captivity.

HOW WE BEGIN
Tell me what you want, what training and eating have been like for you, and where things usually start to fall apart. You don’t need to know exactly why, just throw some ideas at me.
I read every application myself. I’m looking at more than whether you’ve trained before or what you want your body to look like. I want to understand what might be draining your effort, what hasn’t fit your life, and where I think things could be made simpler. If I think I can help, I’ll invite you to a 30-minute conversation.
If we decide to work together, I’ll take a deeper look at your routines, training history, relationship with food and movement, preferences, schedule, and the things that repeatedly pull you off course. Then I shape the training, nourishment, and structure around you, not around what someone with your height, weight, or goal is supposedly meant to do.
From there, I give you a starting program with the reasoning behind it. We look at how it feels in your actual week, what you completed, and what needs adjusting. Your feedback informs the next version; I make the calls with you.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Nah
Be honest with me. We’ll look at what’s making it difficult, whether it’s your schedule, the movement itself, your environment, or something we haven’t considered yet. Then we’ll figure out what needs to shift and choose a next step. Consistency will come.
My services are free. You decide what value the protocol brings to your life and pay me what you believe is fair. The only thing I ask you to invest heavily is your effort, your honesty, and your trust in what we can build together.
Yes, it’s me. I read your application, talk with you, and work through the necessary adjustments with you. Unfortunately, I have a jOb unless this fr takes off so sometimes it might take me a few minutes to get back to you. (Just kidding I love y'all)
Give me a little of your story. What are you hoping to build? What has movement been like for you? What does your schedule realistically allow, and what would you want from our work together?
You can leave medical records and other sensitive health details out of this first conversation. We’ll discuss any relevant information later as we get started.
